Flaxseed coated turkey goujons
  • 2 turkey fillets (or more according to how many servings required)
  • 100g flour
  • 3 tablespoons Adora ground flaxseed
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method:

  1. Mix the flour and ground flaxseeds together to make the coating.
  2. Slice the turkey into strips, dip in the beaten egg and coat in the flour/flax mix.
  3. Shallow fry in the olive oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on the outside and cooked thoroughly.
  4. Serve with salad or dipping sauce.
