- 2 turkey fillets (or more according to how many servings required)
- 100g flour
- 3 tablespoons Adora ground flaxseed
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Mix the flour and ground flaxseeds together to make the coating.
- Slice the turkey into strips, dip in the beaten egg and coat in the flour/flax mix.
- Shallow fry in the olive oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on the outside and cooked thoroughly.
- Serve with salad or dipping sauce.
