No-Bake Energy Balls


  • 1 cup porridge oats
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons of Adora ground flax seed
  • 50g chocolate chips (optional)
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl either using a food mixer on a low setting or by hand until well mixed.
  2. Place the bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  4. Store in the fridge.
