Quick morning flaxseed berry shake
  • 250ml soymilk
  • 200g frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons Adora ground flaxseed

Method:

  1. Add all of the ingredients together in a blender and mix until smooth. If you use fresh fruit add a few ice-cubes to chill the shake.
